My name is Lindsey DeWitt
I'm a professional caregiver with 16+ years of experience in supporting families as a nanny and in caregiving for aging and disabled individuals. I understand the uniqueness of each family and offer personalized, evidence-based education. As a mother of two boys, I value outdoor activities and bonding through play. Lactation Basics for Doulas
DONA International
Training doulas in assisting parents with newborn feeding by understanding feeding basics, recognizing hunger cues, providing lactation support, discussing supplementation options, and knowing when to refer to a lactation counselor/consultant. Gaining more knowledge about breast/chest feeding anatomy, body milk changes, and comfort measures to ensure a successful and nurturing feeding experience.

The American Heart Association’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). Covers adult's, Children and infants.
